Our client, a law firm with a global reach, has a fantastic opportunity for a senior corporate law clerk who is experienced in handling transactional corporate law cases. This is a challenging work where you will be handling ongoing cases where your expertise will be fully utilized. These transactions could pertain to Mergers & Acquisitions, incorporations, amendments, amalgamations and other related corporate actions.
The ideal candidate :
- A confident, reliable and detail oriented, experienced corporate law clerk.
- Has a strong ability to manage multiple files and changing priorities; while remaining calm and focused.
- Excels in maintaining or developing strong client relationships
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Technically savvy
- Has 5+ years of corporate law clerk experience; where ongoing transactions are a significant aspect of your workload.
