Job descriptionKeep track of project schedules and budgets. File and manage records both electronically and physically. Onsite Administrative Support Handle phone calls emails and other correspondence. Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks. Financial Assistance Track expenses Compliance and Safety Previous experience in an administrative role preferably in construction. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook). Ability to work effectively in an onsite construction environment. The expected range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience. R.W. Tomlinson is looking for an onsite Construction Clerk to help manage administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in an onsite environment.
The contract role based in Spencerville ON is a 9-month contract. The contract role based in Richmond ON is a 12-month contract. The role is based on a construction job site and the incumbent must have reliable transportation.
Location(s) : Spencerville ON and Richmond ON

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Paperwork Management
Organize and maintain project documents such as contracts permits and reports.
Prepare and distribute meeting notes and other communications.
Help prepare invoices and purchase orders.
Keep records of safety inspections and incident reports.
