Joignez-vous à une petite équipe chaleureuse au sein d’un organisme public essentiel. Le ou la titulaire du poste sera chargé(e) d’analyser, développer et améliorer les systèmes et procédures d’approvisionnement, dans le respect des lois et politiques applicables. Responsabilités principales
- Gérer et coordonner les processus d’appels d’offres publics (CAG inclus)
- Conseiller les parties prenantes internes sur les enjeux d’approvisionnement
- Analyser les spécifications techniques et recommander des améliorations
- Veiller au respect des lois, politiques et règlements en vigueur
- Participer à la rédaction des documents du conseil des commissaires
- Surveiller l’exécution des contrats, les renouvellements et la performance des fournisseurs
- Effectuer des recherches de marché et analyses financières
- Maintenir des relations professionnelles éthiques avec les fournisseurs et partenaires
- Assurer l’intégrité des données dans les systèmes de suivi des achats
