You'll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.Our PwC Private teams help entrepreneurs, private business owners and family enterprises manage their ownership and growth at every stage, in a way that fits the needs of their business in today's changing global landscape.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a PwC Private Tax Manager, y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues , deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency . Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Encourage everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all, including quieter members of the team
• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
• Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels
• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required
• Contribute technical knowledge in the area of specialism
