Are you a UK-Licensed Family Doctor interested in relocating to Canada? Welcome to the Mount Dennis Weston Medical Group , a vibrant and growing primary care practice just West of midtown Toronto. Due to upcoming retirements and consistent neighborhood growth, we are looking for two to four dedicated and passionate family doctors to join us.
We have practices that have been looked after for 40 years by great physicians and you will be walking into a well-supported practice along with a group of collegial physicians who are willing to look after each other.
We are open to sponsoring a UK Licensed doctor, which entails a 2 year minimum commitment, and the intention to stay the course and become an integral part of our team.
About Us
We are a large group practice of 11 doctors located just west of midtown Toronto. Committed to providing comprehensive and superior primary care for our patients, our values are based on respect–of people and time–attention to detail, tech forwardness, and team-oriented support and coverage.
A well-established practice, our patients understand our processes and systems, including online booking and check in for greater efficiency. We have a great support team including front desk, runners, nurses, a nurse practitioner, a referral coordinator, and other allied health services.
As a doctor on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to your own patients. You will also join the rotation for weekend after hours clinics (at minimum once or twice per year), plus one or two evenings per month.
The role :
- Provide primary care to your own roster of patients
- Maintain the standards and values of our practice
- Be open to treating patients from all backgrounds and age groups, including young families and seniors
Compensation
Anticipated income of $240k-$250k after expenses (approximately 70 / 30 split)
