Job Duties Job Duties 1. Evaluate and record student progress with the use of assessments, assignments, and observations in accordance with program and institute guidelines.2. Be flexible and responsive to learner needs using appropriate instructional methodologies in support of a blended learning experience.3. Provide appropriate evaluation, assessment, and feedback to students on the required learning platform (Bright Space).4. Work co-operatively in an interdependent team environment.5. Follow policies and procedures adopted by Saskatchewan Polytechnic. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE Description Required Qualifications

• Recognized relevant four-year degree (Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Child and Youth Studies, Bachelor’s in Child Development).
• Two years’ recent and relevant experience working in an Early Learning and Childcare Education setting as an Early Childhood Educator / Teacher / ECE Instructor.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
• Effective instructional ability.
• Demonstrated competence and recent experience in the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
• Ability to function as a team member in an ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrates Valuing Diversity.
