Role and Responsibilities
We seek teachers who can serve as coaches, advisors, and boarding staff. Candidates should continually explore effective instructional methods and engaging curricula to promote student growth and success. Responsibilities may include coaching and other school-life contributions.
Qualifications
- Candidate must hold a B.Ed.—preferably certified to teach in Ontario or in the process of obtaining this designation.
- Ability to contribute to various aspects of school life, including coaching responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Both schools offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Certified teachers are compensated using a salary grid based on qualifications and years of experience. The 2026-2027 salary grid range is $69,300 to $129,060 .
