The Production Director in the East of Toronto facility holds a pivotal leadership role, overseeing and managing the operations related to beverage processing, packaging, and raw materials.
This includes ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate to develop short-term schedules and medium-term plans. + Achieve short-term and long-term KPIs
- Execute production plans for a 24 / 7 operation.
- Ensure cost competitiveness, customer service, and product standards.
- Manage team scheduling, resource allocation, and discipline.
- Implement lean techniques for continuous improvement & zero losses.
- Lead the autonomous maintenance program and lean roadmap.
- Motivate teams through communication, feedback, and involvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet strategic goals.
- Drive change using change management principles.
- Lead by example with core values : cooperation, communication, excellence, integrity, and boldness.
