In this role you will be responsible for :

  • Be the first point of contact in the office for visitors and colleagues
  • Organize Plan and schedule office events (holiday parties off site meetings etc.)
  • Oversee administrative tasks (mail sorting and routing)
  • Monitor office supplies and ordering of supplies
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors service providers and landlord
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment ideally experienced with EHS programs
  • Oversight for provision of a food and beverage program
  • Responsibility for office security - access card administration
  • Responsible for a desk reservation system
  • Oversight of vendors for maintenance and cleaning

About you

  • Proven office management experience. Ideally 100 people
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Organized inquisitive creative and friendly personality
  • Ability to address the needs of colleagues with professionalism and tact
