Key Responsibilities :
Lead the full-cycle implementation of Epicor ERP, ensuring a seamless transition from the existing ERP system.
Oversee and manage all aspects of the ERP implementation, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and department heads to align Epicor ERP with business needs.
Take over IT leadership responsibilities, ensuring system stability, security, and scalability.
Optimize accounting and manufacturing workflows through Epicor ERP customization and automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within Epicor ERP.
Train and support end-users, ensuring smooth adoption across departments.
Stay updated on Epicor best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements :
5-7 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP implementation and support.
Proven track record of leading ERP migrations from homegrown ERP to Epicor ERP.
Strong IT background with experience in system integrations, databases, and infrastructure management.
Expertise in accounting and manufacturing workflows within ERP environments.
Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive change within an organization.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Epicor ERP certification(s).
Experience with SQL, SSRS, BAQs, and BPMs in Epicor.
Familiarity with business process reengineering and ERP best practices.
Knowledge of supply chain, finance, and production modules within Epicor ERP.
