Discover Kia is looking for a General Manager to bring automotive hospitality to life through inspired leadership.

Compensation : $90000 annually plus demo vehicle and bonus potential of 1x earnings .

As General Manager of Discover Kia you will be the driving force behind the dealerships success setting the tone for a high performing people first culture across all departments. Your impact will be felt through :

• Dealership Leadership : Oversee all dealership operations including Sales F&I Service and Parts ensuring departments meet performance targets and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Financial & Operational Performance : Manage dealership budgets and financials monitor KPIs control expenses and drive profitability.
• Team Development : Lead coach and hold department managers accountable building high-performing teams and a culture of responsibility and results.
• Customer Experience : Ensure every customer interaction meets Steele Autos standards for service satisfaction and trust.
• Sales & Marketing : Direct vehicle inventory sales processes and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
• Growth & Market Presence : Analyze local market trends identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to expand dealership performance.
• Strategic Execution : Implement Steele Auto Groups policies procedures and initiatives ensuring operational compliance and alignment with corporate standards.
• People & Culture : Oversee employee relations partner with HR on staffing compliance and performance management and maintain a positive engaged workplace.
