Job description
Overview
As a delivery assistant/general labourer you must be a hard working, team focused, organized, customer service oriented individual who prides him/herself on a job well done. The position is physically demanding and you must be able to work at a fast pace. Full training is provided.
Requirements
- You must be able to lift 35kg (80lbs)
- Willing to work outdoors
- Must be organized
- Must maintain a clean work environment
- Possess good customer service skills
- Be available during store hours Monday – Friday (days only)
- Be able to work independently or as a team player
Qualifications
- Must not be afraid of heights up to 2 1/2 storeys
- Experience unloading trucks a definite asset
- Be able to provide a police clearance
- Must have reliable transportation to place of work
- Fall Arrest certificate is an asset but we are willing to train
- Valid G license is an asset
- Tow motor experience is an asset
Must be physically fit, and have safety footwear, and hard hat. Police check required.
