BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION The goal of the banks Capital Markets business is to be the premier client-focused Capital Markets group based in Canada. To deliver on this, the capital markets arm of the bank provides a wide range of credit, capital markets, investment banking, merchant banking and research products and services to government, institutional, corporate and retail clients in Canada and in key markets around the world.JOB PURPOSE Reporting to the Data Governance & Transformation Lead, the Hybrid PM / BA for Data Governance will be responsible for the program roadmap and plan, budget and will support the Deliver Pod Leads to monitor their deadlines and dependencies. The Hybrid PM / BA for Data Governance will also support the program deliverables by owning some of the cross pod deliverables, and supporting current state and business process analysis when needed. the Hybrid PM / BA for Data Governancewill be part of a centralized Data Governance Team in the CAO office of Capital Markets, and will work closely with business and technology data stakeholders in Capital Markets Front Office.RequiredPM / BA experience (6-7+ Years)Ideally 3+ years of BA 3+ of PM experienceIf not possible REALLY STRONG BSA (that has completed PM responsibilities)Expert with DataData governance projectsData modelling expType AExcellent Coms - someone who is technical but can explain the enterprise project to all the teams in the bank.Cap Markets ExperienceBanking ExperienceNice to HaveZhoho exp / knowledgeBanking Experience
