Position Overview
Currently seeking a Licensed Residential Plumber (306A) to join their growing team, the ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing systems — from rough-ins and fixture installs to service calls, drain cleaning, and minor HVAC tie-ins. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys troubleshooting, and values being part of a tight-knit, professional team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble, install, and repair residential plumbing systems including water lines, drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems.
- Install and service fixtures and appliances such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, dishwashers, and sump pumps.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in residential heating and hot water systems.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as sewer machines, inspection cameras, and locators.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building codes to plan installations.
- Mentor and assist apprentices on-site in safe and efficient work practices.
- Complete service reports, work orders, and estimates using company software.
- Communicate professionally with customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
