We are looking for experienced, qualified plumbers from around Toronto to perform emergency service on plumbing and heating systems in high-rise residential apartment buildings and commercial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and address plumbing problems in high-rise apartment buildings and commercial properties (riser leaks, low water pressure, etc.)
- Clear blocked drains of various sizes using drain machines
- Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures (tub & showers, taps, toilets, etc.)
- Maintain and repair circulating and sump pumps
- Be on 24-hour on-call emergency service for a full week once every few weeks
- Prepare written quotes and service requisitions for office
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of hydronic heating and domestic hot water systems and boilers
- Install, service, and maintain backflow prevention devices
