Overview Cook
- Reporting to the kitchen manager, the cook is responsible for assembling, cooking, plating, and garnishing all food products according to Boston Pizza specifications.
- Ensure meals are prepared promptly following Boston Pizza recipes, assembly manuals, and charts.
- Verify that all delivered products meet Boston Pizza standards and that invoicing matches in quantity and quality.
- Prepare and adhere to a daily prep sheet to monitor inventory levels and requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times, following checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Care for and maintain all food service equipment; identify equipment needs for food prep and service.
- Ensure food quality by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation.
- Promote a positive team environment within the restaurant.
- Perform additional kitchen duties as required by the manager.
