Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, including ideation, concept development, and experience innovation for business banking platforms.
Create high-fidelity sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards.
Design and iterate on complex dashboards, widgets, and data-heavy platforms to ensure a seamless user journey.
Advocate for the user throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all design decisions are backed by user-centered logic.
Collaborate closely with internal development teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into the final product.
Present conceptual ideas and detailed design rationales to various internal stakeholders, integrating feedback constructively.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
Education : A degree in Design or a design-related discipline (e.g., User-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or Design Strategy).
Technical Expertise : Minimum of 3 years of deep proficiency in Figma; experience with other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.

Core Competencies : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present to and influence stakeholders.
Portfolio : A creative and visually compelling portfolio showcasing your process, wireframes, and final prototypes is required.
Nice-to-Have : Previous experience in the Financial Services (FI) sector and expertise using AI-driven tools to enhance design workflows.
