Are you a senior leader with a passion for making a difference in Energy or Oil & Gas industry? We are seeking a Director to lead strategic, technical, and financial planning for the Transmission and Distribution Pipeline assets across the US & Canada within our Gas Distribution & Storage Business Unit. The incumbent will ensure the safety, reliability, compliance, and effective operations of our assets and will support various stakeholders across the industry, work with different Enbridge departments, participate in complex regulatory files manage low carbon initiatives, and a Materials Evaluation Center.

What You Will Do
- Lead decisions related to the Transmission and Distribution pipeline assets under the Integrity and Risk Management department’s strategic goals and objectives, in line with Enbridge Gas’ priorities and following applicable Integrated Management System programs.
- Lead a team of 50 highly specialized staff and contractors across diverse jurisdictions in the US and Canada; Mentor and coach employees to enhance expertise within the team, improve financial acumen, and align decision‑making practices.
- Accountable for related fitness‑for‑service and safety decisions, ensuring alignment in work prioritization and approach between Integrity and Risk functions and with key stakeholders, and providing technical oversight over support of field functions.
- Responsible for meeting compliance targets for Transmission and Distribution pipeline assets across Enbridge Gas in the US and Canada.
- Develop and manage a clear and effective communication strategy for aiding senior leaders at Enbridge Gas. This also includes managing the relationship with provincial, state, and federal regulators.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships at various levels in the organization by gathering necessary inputs, adjusting internal strategies and plans when applicable, and communicating decisions / adjustments on a timely basis. Stakeholders include Finance, Regulatory, Engineering, Engineering Execution, Operations, Field and Operations Support Services, Asset Management, Gas Control, and other Business Units.
- Manage the financial portfolio of related Integrity and Risk Management areas (O&M and Capital) to ensure proper allocation, tracking, justification, and communication. Work closely with Operations, Operations Support Services, Finance, and Asset Management.
- Actively contribute and lead the Integrity and Risk component of regulatory files related to Transmission or Distribution assets.
- Support Integrity plans and initiatives, approvals, and projects under different functions.
- Lead technological advancement related to this portfolio.
- Lead or project manage applicable joint Business Unit Integrity initiatives on behalf of Enbridge Gas.
- Manage and / or support contractual relationships with key contractors and consultants for the Integrity and Risk Management department.

Working Conditions
Physical Requirements Include but not limited to : Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements Include but not limited to : Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and / or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate / explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short‑term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
