DUTIES
TRU’s Williams Lake campus is located approximately three hours northwest of Kamloops, in the heart of the scenic Cariboo region, on T’exelcemc territory within the unceded traditional lands of the Secwepemc Nation.
Our small, friendly and close-knit campus community is located within the city of Williams Lake, BC named in honor of Secwepemc Chief William. Thompson Rivers University, Williams Lake Campus, School of Nursing, requires an instructor to teach PNUR 1300 - Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology, a prerequisite to the Practical Nursing Program, in the winter 2026 semester.
Contract Period : January 5th, 2026 - May 6th, 2026
Course Period : January 12th, 2026 - April 14th, 2026
Exam Period : April 16th - 29th, 2026
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ph.D or Master’s Degree required in biology, nursing or related field
- Teaching experience required; teaching experience in nursing education an asset
