Job description :
Company experiencing exponential growth in recent years is looking for a Distribution Center Team Manager for their day or evening shift. Do you like a productive, fast-paced environment? Your role will be to support the management team in coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of your team. You'll be responsible for planning and organizing activities, effectively allocating necessary resources, and overseeing the execution of processes.
Main responsibilities :
- Carry out active supervisory rounds to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure the team's operational productivity by supporting members in achieving productivity targets and by monitoring the development and progress of new members.
- Analyze floor operations and take action on priorities and allocate human resources during the shift.
- Ensure that the team works in a safe environment and complies with OHS standards at all times.
- Conduct start and end of shift meetings with work crews.
