Job description
Warehouse Administration/ Forklift Order Picker
Pay: CA$19.00-CA$20.00 per hour
Work Location- Markham (Woodbine Ave and Highway 7 area)
Shift Time-8am-4pm
Job description:
This position is in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. The role will primarily support the Warehouse Manager .Must be comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to emails from Customer Service and internal departments
- Managing inventory records and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Processing shipping and receiving documentation, including GRNs
- Assisting with team scheduling and receiving coordination
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operational needs
- Working on the warehouse floor as needed (sorting products on skids, counting inventory, organizing materials, etc.)
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, general system navigation)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay late and work weekends when required. THIS IS A MUST.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks
- Forklift order picker licence /experience
