Job descriptionDeliver prescribed physiotherapy and occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed therapist Assist clients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and activities of daily living (ADL) retraining Use assistive devices and adaptive equipment to support independence and safety Monitor and document clients' progress and report changes to the supervising PT / OT Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, equipment, and independence strategies Assess the home environment regularly to ensure safety Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physiotherapy Assistant from a recognized community college or equivalent training and experience Current police check for work with vulnerable populations Additional language skills are an asset Valid G2 / G driver’s license, third-party insurance coverage of $1,000,000.00, and access to a reliable vehicle
