Job Description
As a Supervised Instructor Therapist (ABA) on our team, you are an integral part of our specialized services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental disabilities. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts to support your clients in achieving their goals. Our commitment to excellence goes beyond the way we serve our communities. Employment setup : Part-time. Hourly.
Salary : $21-23 / hr
Headcount : 2
Work setting : Clinic-based in Waterloo
Note : Priority will be given to those who can commit to approximately 12 hours per week, with the opportunity to build to a full schedule. Afternoon availability from 1PM –4PM is preferred.
Schedule will build up to :
Monday - Friday, 12 : 30PM - 6 : 30PM
Saturday, 9AM to 2PM
Take an inside look at what you will do each day :
- Prepare and conduct comprehensive (intensive) ABA therapy sessions
- Collect and graph data
- Maintain client binders and materials
- Maintain daily written communication logs with family and other staff
- Demonstrate therapy sessions to families and other professionals as required
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Uphold Centre policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions, workshops, online courses, etc. as set out by Monarch House
- Attend Monarch House social and public events
