Your Role in Supporting Our Members :

As a Philanthropy Coordinator you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data in the foundations CRM supporting donor engagement and enabling community-centric fundraising processes. Youll work closely with the Philanthropy team to ensure smooth operations generate accurate reporting and meaningful donor experiences. Were looking for someone detail-oriented collaborative and committed to equity and inclusion.

This is a Full-time Permanent role that will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement which can be fulfilled primarily from your homebased office in BC. Periodically youll be required to attend in-person activities or events at our 312 Main location or within the Lower Mainland.

What Youll Earn :

This role offers a salary range of $49700 to $74500 per annum . The salary is expected to be up to the midpoint of the salary range for this role ($62000 per annum) . The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications skills previous experience and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
