Le gérant de la pharmacie est responsable de toutes les activités quotidiennes qui touchent les gens, l’exploitation et la marchandise de sa division. Le gérant de la pharmacie doit aussi s’assurer que la pharmacie fonctionne conformément aux directives de Walmart, aux normes professionnelles et aux règlements provinciaux et fédéraux.

Conserver la confidentialité des patients, maintenir l’intégrité des fichiers et respecter toutes les pratiques conformes à la loi sur la confidentialité et mettre à jour les profils des médicaments des clients. Diriger une équipe de pharmaciens et de préposés de la pharmacie, notamment sélectionner les candidats, retenir et motiver les associés, planifier les horaires à l’aide du système d’établissement de l’horaire du service à la clientèle, gérer le rendement et former et encadrer. Participer à des réunions de gestion hebdomadaires de la succursale. Générer et interpréter des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels du système de distribution de la pharmacie et gérer et contrôler l’état des résultats, les réclamations, les pertes et les stocks. Accepter les ordonnances ou les demandes de renouvellement des clients, des médecins et des hôpitaux et s’assurer que toutes les ordonnances sont exécutées efficacement, avec précision et en toute sécurité. Traiter les plaintes et résoudre les problèmes, informer sur l’administration, l’utilisation et les effets secondaires des médicaments. Éliminer les médicaments de manière conforme aux obligations légales et professionnelles et garantir un entreposage adéquat des produits pharmaceutiques. Utiliser l’ordinateur de la pharmacie, l’équipement de la caisse et d’autres outils attribués, tout en protégeant les actifs de la Compagnie. Gérer le processus de flux des préposés de la pharmacie.
Le pay range for this position is $50.00 - $67.20 / hr. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
