Role Overview
As a Business Analyst II, you will be part of TELUS Health’s Payor and Provider Solutions team, focusing on Pharmacy Customer Support. You should be a motivated self-starter with expertise in Kroll and excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across teams and with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve daily inquiries from pharmacy customers and support teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and high-quality customer service.
- Participate in client meetings, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Support pharmacy business operations through proficiency in Pharmacy Management Solutions (PMS), configurations, and pricing.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and legislative changes affecting pharmacies.
- Document and manage tasks / projects using tools like Salesforce and Google Documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation for first call resolution.
- Deliver high-quality work that meets SLAs and maintains high client satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in English is essential due to the scope of communication and tools used in this role.
