Le pharmacien régulier assiste le gérant de la pharmacie dans tous les aspects de l’exploitation de la pharmacie.
Ce que vous ferez...
- Assurer un bon service à la clientèle en accueillant et en remerciant chaque client, repérer la marchandise dans l’aire de vente, maintenir un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle et de soins aux patients dans la pharmacie.
- Établir et développer une solide relation de travail avec la direction de la division et le gérant de district des services professionnels.
- Gérer le flux de processus de l’officine et accepter les demandes d’ordonnance ou de renouvellement des clients, des médecins et des hôpitaux.
- S’assurer que toutes les ordonnances sont traitées correctement, efficacement et de façon sécuritaire, et conseiller sur l’administration, l’utilisation et les effets des médicaments.
- S’assurer du bon entreposage des produits pharmaceutiques.
- Passer en revue les dossiers et les rapports pour déterminer la conformité aux attentes opérationnelles de la compagnie.
- Utiliser l’ordinateur de la pharmacie, l’équipement de la caisse et d’autres outils assignés, et mettre à jour les profils de médicaments des clients.
