CAD72300 yearlyJob descriptionEnhance and sustain all quality systems. Provide tools and training to improve output and increase efficiency. Continuously optimise and improve the SPC system. Maintain and improve metrology tools, methods and understanding. Provide optimised sampling plans to ensure high quality. Drive real and sustainable improvements through the CAPA system. Monitor and analyse quality data. Report trends, process capability and results. Engineering degree required. 3-5 years hands on experience in medium to high volume manufacturing environment. Industrial, mechanical, or chemical experience desirable. First- hand experience with Statistical Process Control Systems. Mastery of MS Excel and the Office Suite Understanding of Process Control theories. Familiarity with sampling plans, confidence intervals, significance testing, etc. Diligent approach to work. A calm and confident engineer. Works well under pressure.
