We are seeking a hands-on Sitecore Personalize & CDP Manager to own the day-to-day administration, optimization, and evolution of our personalization and customer data platform capabilities.
This individual will serve as the primary owner of Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Engineering teams to drive audience strategy, segmentation, experimentation, customer journeys, and platform adoption. While implementation and technical coordination remain important, the primary focus of this role is ongoing platform ownership, personalization execution, and business impact.
Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience working within Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP.
• Build, manage, and optimize customer audiences, segments, and personalization strategies.
• Design and execute personalization use cases across digital channels and customer journeys.
• Develop and manage experimentation programs, including A/B testing and performance optimization initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to intake, prioritize, and execute personalization requests and roadmap initiatives.
• Define customer data requirements, identity resolution strategies, and audience frameworks.
• Monitor platform performance, campaign effectiveness, engagement metrics, and conversion outcomes.
• Establish governance, documentation, taxonomy, naming conventions, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical resources on integrations, enhancements, and platform improvements.
• Provide ongoing recommendations to improve customer experience, engagement, and business performance through personalization.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in personalization, customer data platforms, marketing technology, digital experience platforms, or related fields.
• Direct hands-on experience with Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP.
• Healthcare experience a big plus.
• Experience creating and managing audiences, segments, personalization rules, experiments, and customer journeys within Sitecore.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, audience management, and behavioral segmentation.
• Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into personalization initiatives.
• Familiarity with analytics, event tracking, testing methodologies, and performance measurement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
