Description :
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Pension Administration - Customer Service team at Mercer . This role will be based in Montreal or Quebec City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will work as part of a team in customer service within Mercers Pension Administration and provide high-quality administration services to a client portfolio including exceptional and timely customer service in all your client interactions.
You will also be part of a company committed to improving the health wealth and careers of its clients and their employees.
We will count on you to :
- Respond to participant and administrator inquiries by phone and email;
- Receive analyze and process documents received for benefit payments;
- Process payment requests by calculating amounts payable with interest up to the payment date;
- Update the client database (requesting and validating data using various systems and databases processing data and accumulating benefits and other relevant information reconciling participation data etc.);
- Participate in the production of annual participant statements;
- Understand plan provisions and applicable laws;
- Participate in the development of various new procedures;
- Assist in producing certain benefit calculations.
