Pediatric Respirologist

Lakeridge Health, a leader in healthcare delivery in Ontario, is seeking a dedicated  Pediatric Respirologist  to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing vital respiratory care to children and adolescents in the Durham Region while contributing to the advancement of pediatric medicine.

As a Pediatric Respirologist, you will deliver expert care to children and adolescents with respiratory disorders, working collaboratively with pediatricians and allied health professionals. You will also have a pivotal role in medical education and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide consultations, management, and comprehensive respiratory care for pediatric patients in the Durham Region.
• Deliver outpatient services, including managing complex respiratory conditions.
• Supervise and teach medical trainees, including residents, clinical clerks, and interprofessional learners from Queen’s University, University of Toronto, and other academic partners.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
