Job description

Are you an ace at administrative tasks, are you dynamic and comfortable with computers? Do you want to be part of a close-knit team and have a friendly work environment where you can flourish every day? We have a job for you! The private seniors' residence Le Flandre, located in Limoilou, is looking for its next rare gem to fill a full-time administrative assistant position. The person will have to : participate in OHS committees and other management committees, make lease modifications, process expense accounts, process payroll and produce various reports.

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Salary : starting at $24.84 per hour

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • All other related tasks
  • Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Complete lease requests
  • Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests
  • Enter data into various systems
  • Help prepare certain documents
  • Produce monthly reports

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Administrative experience required
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
  • Knowledge of Hopem, Sensaas, Agile Synerion software an asset
