We are on the hunt for a Project Manager, Design on our satellite systems team at our Montreal office.

Role :

Coordinates office and common area layout projects for all MDA buildings in Montreal.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in the drafting of project justification files.
• Prepare and write specifications for calls for tenders and analyze bids.
• Plan work with the operations team and various trades.
• Plan the project, prepare schedules, perform analysis and identify schedule risks.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are respected.
• Lead and organize project review and coordination meetings.
• Monitor contractors and assess work compliance and quality.
• Produce reports and follow-up tools.
