About the Role
We are a wind energy field services company seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to support on-site operations and project teams. This role is responsible for payroll coordination, purchase order tracking, documentation management, and administrative support to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify employee timesheets; coordinate weekly hour approvals for payroll processing
Track purchase orders (POs), expenses, and maintain accurate administrative logs
Organize, review, and submit project documentation, including reports and permits
Provide administrative support to the Site Manager, including scheduling and reporting
Assist with general site coordination and day-to-day operational support.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Previous experience in an administrative or site support role (wind energy, construction or field environment preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with tracking tools or project software is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
