Human Resources Professional : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist| Talent Acquisition & Recruitment | Strategic HR Management
This individual will be responsible for leading, mentoring and supporting a busy team of payroll administrators, demonstrating strong team-building and motivational skills
Responsibilities :
- Handle full cycle payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Manage all aspects of benefits administration including enrolment, termination, and billing.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll information and benefit elections.
- Oversee timekeeping processes for hourly employees.
- Work closely with supervisors to ensure accurate time submissions and approvals.
- Audit and Balance payroll prior to processing
- Maintain time & attendance tracking system
- Issue ROEs and prepare payroll reports as requested
- Respond to payroll inquiries from retail locations with urgency and be a solution provider
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
- Assist with other payroll duties, as assigned
