Job description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Director of Operations to join their team. As a Director of Operations, you will be part of the operational leadership supporting the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Director of Operations
Location: Brockville
Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000
What's the Job?
- Own and deliver the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Brockville facility.
- Drive measurable improvements in quality, throughput, cost, and employee engagement while scaling operations for long-term growth.
- Implement standard operating procedures across manufacturing, maintenance, and quality operations within the first 6 months.
- Establish a production schedule that ensures on-time delivery of ≥ 95% within 12 months.
- Achieve ≥ 80% labour efficiency by September 2026 and increase production capacity by 50% within 12 months.
What's Needed?
- Proven expertise in leading and optimizing complex manufacturing site operations.
- Ability to balance operational budgets with strategic investments.
- Results-driven leadership with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong data analytics skills to guide operational decisions and improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure organizational alignment and transparency.
