JOB COSTING CLERK
LAFRAMBOISE GROUP is seeking a Job Costing Clerk with accounting experience. This is a full-time position based out of LAFRAMBOISE GROUP’s corporate office located in Long Sault (Cornwall), Ontario.

Description of Position :
Responsible for supporting a portfolio of LAFRAMBOISE GROUP projects, including providing orderly record-keeping of materials, labour and other costs attributed to our projects. You will also be required to compare costs to initial budgets and estimates.
- Establishing and maintaining a physical and electronic system of documents related to the costs of a construction worksite.
- Categorize, file, easily retrieve and distribute documents.
- Perform general office administrative functions.
- Provide invaluable support to the Project Managers and their team.
- Ensuring health & safety policies and provincial health and safety regulations are understood and followed.
- Providing insight regarding project activities.
- Providing verbal and written project status updates and reports.
- Performing other duties as required.
