What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of financial reporting, including weekly and monthly management reporting, including reporting, analysis, and supporting forecasting activities.
  • Provide support in understanding and addressing variances to forecast.
  • Accurately record and process key account transactions, including vendor invoice verification and entry.
  • Review and allocate costs to ensure precise weekly and monthly reporting and key account reconciliations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities, such as aged debtor reporting and follow-up.
  • Actively participate in annual year-end audits conducted by external firms.
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to support the finance function.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to support business growth and promote continuous improvement.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses to meet dynamic business demands.
  • Ideal Candidates

  • Holders of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Actively pursuing CPA certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP is an advantage
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and thrive in team environments, working well with non-financial colleagues
  • Eager to embrace learning opportunities in a dynamic business setting
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Note : All employees must have access to reliable transportation and possess a full Ontario driver’s license to commute to clients not accessible by public transportation.
