Job Description
FYihealth group’s FYidoctors clinic in Kitchener-Waterloo is looking for a dedicated Patient Services Specialist to fill a full‑time vacancy. The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, and the role requires working 30‑40 hours per week.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic
- Checking patients in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing & payments
- Administering pre‑testing services
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
