Job descriptionProvide psychotherapy services primarily to children and teens (adult clients optional but welcome) Conduct assessments, intakes, individual sessions, and parent consults Develop individualized care plans with children and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Jane EMR, in line with OCSWSSW requirements Collaborate with the clinic owner and colleagues on best practices and resources Participate in optional peer consultation and professional development opportunities Master’s level Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) in good standing with OCSWSSW Experience supporting children and teens (placements, practicums, or related roles welcome) Must be comfortable and have experience working with children Compassionate, creative, and client-centered therapeutic approach Adult therapy experience is an asset, but not required Comfortable using Jane EMR and basic tech (OneDrive, Microsoft Teams telehealth platforms) Competitive compensation (flat session fee split). $99 per 50 minute session Flexible scheduling : typically 2 shifts per week (weekday day or evening + a weekend day / evening), to be finalized with clinic Immediate referrals from a steady flow of client inquiries (waitlist anticipated) Beautiful office space in Pickering with free parking and nearby transit A wide selection of art and directive play therapy supplies in clinic On-site parking
Willow Tree Wellness & Psychotherapy (Pickering, ON) is a private practice specializing in compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and families. We’re seeking a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) to join our growing team on a part-time, contract basis .
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and empathetic therapist who want to build a meaningful private practice career. You’ll receive referrals through the clinic's marketing campagins, administrative support, and the chance to work in a supportive, collaborative environment rooted in authenticity, connection, and growth.
