Job Information

Pay : $25-40+ / hour (performance-based)

Schedule : 4-Day Workweek (Monday-Thursday)

Location : Whistler, BC

What You’ll Do

Junior Painter :

Surface prep (sanding, scraping, caulking, priming)

Painting (brush, roller, sprayer)

Maintain a clean job site & follow safety rules

Communicate with the team & clients

Crew Lead (Additional Duties) :

Lead & coordinate a small crew

Ensure quality work & efficiency

Communicate with management

What We Look For

Positive, hardworking, and reliable

Physically fit (on your feet, ladder work, lifting)

Strong attention to detail & team player

Smartphone required (communication & scheduling)

No experience needed! (but painting / trade skills are a plus)
