Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our production team during the afternoon shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) .

This role is responsible for preparing, masking, and painting precision steel components while ensuring all work meets customer specifications, internal quality standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in automotive painting, industrial painting, or coating steel components and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation & Painting Prepare steel components and surfaces for paint application, including masking and unmasking as required.

Apply various two-part epoxy primers and industrial coatings according to job specifications.

Apply caulking, non-slip coatings, and other finishing materials as required.

Mix paints and coatings according to customer specifications and established procedures.

Inspect painted components to ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and compliance with specifications.

Complete touch-ups and corrective work when required.

Equipment & Material Handling Maintain paint equipment, tools, supplies, and work areas in clean and good working condition.

Properly store, handle, and organize paints, coatings, and related materials.

Follow established procedures for the safe handling and disposal of paint products and associated materials.

Identify equipment or material issues and report them to the appropriate team member or supervisor.

Safety, Quality & Documentation Follow all internal safety procedures and requirements related to paint preparation, application, and chemical handling.

Ensure work is completed according to established quality standards and production requirements.

Complete job-related paperwork and production documentation accurately and on time.

Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet customer and production deadlines Qualifications & Skills Previous industrial painting experience is required.

Experience in automotive painting, steel component painting, or a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.

Experience with surface preparation, masking, paint mixing, two-part epoxy primers, and industrial coating application.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently produce high-quality finishes according to customer specifications.

Ability to work independently, manage assigned work efficiently, and meet production deadlines.

Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety.

Candidates must be willing and able to successfully complete a security screening process.

Preferred Attributes Previous experience painting precision sheet metal or industrial steel components.

Familiarity with industrial paint systems, primers, coatings, and finishing processes.

Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a clean and efficient work area.

Schedule & Pay Details Shift: Afternoon shift ( 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) .

Initial training may take place during the morning.
