Job description

You've got warehouse experience and are looking for a permanent job that will give you professional stability. Then this is the job for you! We're looking for someone with basic mechanical knowledge, who's a good trainer and has good organizational skills.

As a supply line operator, you'll be responsible for bringing finished product to the filling line and maintaining the equipment through cleaning and sanitizing processes.

NIGHT HOURS : 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am

22.45 / h

According to the 3-2-2-3 principle. i.e. 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.

Responsibilities

As a technical operator your tasks will be :

  • Connecting, washing, sanitizing, emptying and loading lines from tanks to
  • production lines;
  • Ensure the availability of the equipment used (pumps, clamps and connection
  • connection equipment, and check inventories);
  • Carry out regular inspections of all pumps and equipment;
  • Follow and effectively apply established washing procedures;
  • Participate in the development and modification of washing procedures;
  • Participate in pump preventive maintenance;
  • Be able to use and explain the washing section in production documents;
  • Assist line manager in signing product batches on tank card and documents;
  • Comply with company policies (health and safety, dress code, GMP
  • GMP, work instructions, etc.).

    Qualifications

    The technical operator must :

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Be able to use the basic tools of a mechanic;
  • Be familiar with GMP rules and microbiological precautions;
  • Be bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
  • Please note that a mechanical aptitude test must be taken and passed in order to obtain this position.
