The Central Toronto Veterinary and Referral & Emergency Clinic (CTVRC / EC) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and an integral part of our client care team.

Compensation : $20 - $22 based on advanced knowledge and experience Overnight Premium : $2 / hour (7pm-7am) Weekend Premium : $2 / hour (7am-7pm) Anticipated Schedule : Three 12-hour shifts, Overnights Weekend rotation About the Role : As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our specialty and emergency departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

What You’ll Do : Client Interaction : Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins.

Administrative Support : Prepare forms and certificates, file and retrieve medical records, and maintain cleanliness of the reception area.

Billing and Payments : Perform basic invoicing, billing, and account procedures.

Phone Management : Answer and direct calls through a multi-phone line system.

Liaison Work : Coordinate with referring veterinary facilities to request necessary records and information.

Record Keeping : Accurately update and maintain client / pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
