What You'll Be Doing: Asour Overnight Junior Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of our facility's hygiene. You’ll lead a dedicated team to ensure our operations are spotless, safe, and ready for a seamless transition to the morning shift.

• Plan and oversee all sanitation activities—from deep-cleaning production equipment to ensuring the office areas are sparkling.

• Support and work alongside your Sanitation Leads and Associates. You’re there to coach, train, and celebrate their wins.

• Ensure we stay top-tier with food safety standards (GMPs and SOPs) and lead the charge on any corrective actions when needed.

• Manage labor and scheduling to hit our goals without burning out the team, keeping overtime in check and productivity high.

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, stepping in to help with hands-on tasks, resolve issues, or provide on-the-spot training.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams across multiple shifts, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and ensuring sanitation standards (SOPs) are met every single night.

• At least 3 years coaching and developing direct reports—you take pride in supporting your team's career growth and managing performance with a positive approach.

• At least 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, and HR teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Can Expect

• Annual salary of $50,00-$55,000 based on experience

• 3 Weeks vacation

• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Enjoy a 3-day weekend every single week!
