Description
Any new and upcoming social service / sciences graduates or current students interested in gaining hands on experience in their field are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to Manager of Morningstar Centre, the prevention support worker attends to the admission, care and discharge of the clients throughout their recovery journey. The position assists through the stages of change and provides support services for effective care transition and discharge planning and functioning of the facility through group work and working across programs.
