On behalf of our national client, we are actively looking for an Outside Sales Representative, for the Greater Montreal area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, driven individual who is looking to grow their career in sales!.The role comes with base, plus commission, a monthly car allowance, benefits and more!

Position Summary: The successful candidate is patient to persevere through lengthy sales processes and have a keen awareness of the importance of sales services to fully understand customer expectations and respond appropriately. Throughout this process, you will coordinate with internal and external partners to respect the budget and manage the project concerning the products and services. As such, your sense of organization and communication will become imperative to successfully close contracts. The Outside Sales Rep also has experience in prospecting for new clientele and the development and support of current customers. Your ability to build long-term relationships is critical to your success. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Execute creative prospecting strategies to secure new customers - a key focus of this role is securing new business and revenue opportunities
  • Consults with potential and/or existing customers to provide innovative products, services and solutions that satisfy business requirements.
  • Persevere throughout an often-lengthy sales process, and with a keen awareness of the importance of sales service
  • Fully understand customer expectations, educate clients on the company’s line of products, and respond appropriately
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, engineers, designers, installers, and customers to ensure project timelines and expectations are successfully met
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy through effective time management.
  • Generate revenue through sales activities working towards targets and department objectives
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • 2+ years of Outside B2B sales experience, preferably in business development, lead generation, outbound calling, or equivalent
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. You are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives and peers
  • Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a professional attitude
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets
  • Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French

Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) est patient(e) et persévérant(e) tout au long des processus de vente, et comprend parfaitement l'importance d'un service de qualité pour bien cerner les attentes des clients et y répondre adéquatement. Tout au long de ce processus, vous collaborerez avec des partenaires internes et externes afin de respecter le budget et de gérer le projet relatif aux produits et services. Votre sens de l'organisation et vos compétences en communication seront donc essentiels à la conclusion réussie des contrats. Le/la représentant(e) des ventes externes possède également une expérience en prospection de nouveaux clients ainsi qu'en développement et soutien de la clientèle existante. Votre capacité à bâtir des relations à long terme est cruciale pour votre réussite.
Votre impact
• Mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de prospection créatives pour acquérir de nouveaux clients – l’un des principaux objectifs de ce poste est de générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de revenus.
• Conseiller les clients potentiels et/ou existants afin de leur proposer des produits, services et solutions innovants répondant à leurs besoins.
• Persévérer tout au long du processus de vente, souvent long, en accordant une grande importance au service client.
• Comprendre parfaitement les attentes des clients, les informer sur la gamme de produits de l’entreprise et répondre de manière appropriée.
• Établir, développer et entretenir des relations commerciales avec les clients actuels et potentiels afin de générer de nouvelles affaires tout en maintenant un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
• Coordonner les activités avec les fabricants, les ingénieurs, les concepteurs, les installateurs et les clients afin de garantir le respect des délais et des attentes des projets.
• Planifier et organiser sa stratégie commerciale personnelle grâce à une gestion efficace du temps.
• Générer du chiffre d’affaires grâce à des activités commerciales visant à atteindre les objectifs fixés et les objectifs du département.
Ce que vous apporterez
• Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en vente B2B externe, de préférence en développement commercial, génération de prospects, prospection téléphonique ou équivalent
• Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale. Vous êtes un communicateur confiant, à l'aise pour échanger avec les gestionnaires, les cadres et vos collègues
• Forte éthique de travail, capacité d'adaptation à des environnements en constante évolution et professionnalisme
• Bonnes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
• Grande motivation, autonomie, esprit d'initiative, attitude positive, orientation résultats et capacité à atteindre les objectifs fixés
• Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle et capacité à interagir avec sensibilité, tact, diplomatie et professionnalisme en toutes circonstances
• Souci du détail dans tous les aspects du travail et excellentes compétences en identification et résolution de problèmes
• Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation
• Bilinguisme anglais-français indispensable
