As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for…

Travelling within sales territory to meet prospects and customers

Conducting calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily

Taking orders from customers and forwarding to appropriate person(s)

Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers

Maintaining records of all sales leads and / or customer accounts

Educating customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally

Selling the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory

Monitoring the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs

Working closely with Inside Sales department to help build the clientele

Meeting with Management to discuss potential and current customers requests

Performing your duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible, and maintaining receipts for all job-related expenses and submitting them to accounting.

Maintaining company supplied vehicle, advising when servicing needs to done and keeping interior and exterior clean

Coordinating with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers.
