Proficiency with computer and phone applications Experience in performing advanced, comprehensive health assessments in person or over a telemedicine platform Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel and reach, ability to lift 50lbs (23 kg) Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful and courteous manner Excellent problem solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills Exceptional customer service and ability to build a therapeutic relationship with the client Have one of the following qualifications : Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities or the Ministry of Education approved program RN / RPN, Paramedic, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy student with a minimum successful completion of year one of the program Holds a valid certificate as a Home Support Worker (level II or III), Health Care Aide, or Personal Attendant Holds a valid certificate as a Developmental Support Worker Internationally licensed Nurse, Midwife or Physician Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR Updated immunization records (including completion of a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months) Clear criminal background check, and Vulnerable sector check are required upon hire Valid G2 / G driver's license and access to a reliable car. Candidates without a vehicle will not be considered. Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last six months Submission of proof of three COVID vaccinations TB test completed within 6 months to a year Immunization record Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification
