The CAMH Education Digital Innovation program is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Moodle System Administrator to support the development and delivery of Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) training programs for clinicians across the province. This includes e-learning courses, web-based community of practice, webinars, user guides, and other learning and support materials, as needed, with an emphasis on embedding best practices for evidence-based education delivery and accessibility requirements. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Innovation, the Moodle System Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the OSP Moodle platform, ensuring efficient operation of the system. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Moodle’s architecture, APIs, core code and database structure; as well, knowledge of Moodle's security best practices and performance optimization techniques. They must be proficient in adhering to web accessibility standards when developing and customizing Moodle themes, plugins and course learning activities. Key Responsibilities : The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology or related field, and three years of experience as a Moodle system administrator, including managing and configuring Moodle production and sandbox environments. Analytical and problem solving abilities, organizational and time management skills are required. You are enthusiastic, flexible and capable of working independently and in a team setting, and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and can work well under pressure. You have the ability to work effectively in a wide range of settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset.
